NEW BOOTCAMPS starting up this fall! TAKING RESERVATIONS NOW! SPACE IS EXTREMELY
LIMITED!
There are two available programs for brides to choose from: MW Brides' Bootcamp which consists of cardio training
(walking/running, cardio kickboxing, team sports, stair climbing, etc.),strength
drills (a full array of upper and lower body exercises to strengthen
and tone), and flexibility work (stretching, yoga) to help brides reach
their fitness goals. MW Brides' Bootcamp Plus costs : Women who enroll in either program will receive an official Michele Wilkoff's Brides' Bootcamp T-shirt, towel, and water bottle. MW Brides' Bootcamp will meet on the beach in Santa Monica and at the Santa Monica Stairs 3 times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (see above for times). Sessions will run for 12 weeks or 16 weeks depending on the wedding date. Private bootcamps can be arranged for brides who want to get their whole bridal party involved! If you don’t have that much time before your wedding, shorter bootcamps can also be arranged. Michele Wilkoff is an AFAA and ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant who has been helping women to meet their fitness goals for the last 12 years.
